The Paleo diet is so important, especially for those with food allergies. It allows the mind and body to feel refreshed, eliminating a majority of harmful foods and ingredients from one's diet. The Paleo lifestyle utilizes recipes free of dairy, refined-sugar, gluten, grains, and processed foods—basically modern caveman food. A consumption of lean meat, healthy fats, fruits, and vegetables if a wonderful start to a healthy body and soul. It also aides those with inflammation (celiac disease, lactose-intolerant, and gluten-intolerant sufferers).
Though I wouldn't consider myself Paleo (I still eat greek yogurt, cheese on occasion, legumes, and grains), I believe there are benefits to these foods. That being said, I like to incorporate them into my diet. However, I want others to be able to enjoy my recipes, so I make sure most are Paleo-friendly. A lot of persuasion is going on with the Paleo lifestyle and I think I can be a smart decision for those with food allergies.
