This Paleo Banana Bread is moist, soft, sweet, and full of banana flavor! You can enjoy a slice (or two) for a satisfying and yummy breakfast or as a snack/dessert. It’s entirely unbelievable that it’s sinless Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, clean-eating, and there’s only one tablespoon of oil in the whole recipe. Plus, it’s super easy to make!
Serves: 10-12 slices
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan with coconut oil and set aside.
  2. First, add all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together, so no lumps are present.
  3. Then, mash the 4 very ripe bananas in a large bowl and add the remainder of the wet ingredients and whisk together.
  4. Thereafter, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just incorporated. The less stirring the better!
  5. Lastly, pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth it out evenly. Tap it a few times on the counter firmly to release any air bubbles and bake on 350°F for 28-30 minutes. A toothpick will come out clean when inserted in the middle and the edges will have darkened to a deep golden brown.
  6. Allow the bread to fully cool in the loaf pan on a cooling rack and then remove and cut into desired slices! Enjoy! :)
Store this banana bread in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 4 days! :)
