Not only will everyone not believe it’s gluten-free, but they’ll also be in shock that it took the spot of their favorite pepperoni pizza!
Recipe type: Lunch/Dinner
Cuisine: Italian
Serves: 2 pizzas
  1. After you make the crust and it has baked for 12-15 minutes, take several tablespoons of pizza sauce and smooth it over the base of the crust.
  2. Thereafter, top it off with Mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
  3. Next, return it to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has become melty and the pepperoni is cooked to your liking.
  4. If using fresh mozzarella, you may need to blot away the access moisture from the cheese during baking, as mozzarella is naturally a wetter cheese.
  5. Let the pizza sit for a few minutes before slicing—it will be hot! Enjoy! :)
