I don’t know why it took me so long to post this recipe. 😬 I’ve made pizza numerous times and this recipe—The Best Gluten Free Classic Pepperoni Pizza—is always my go-to. 🍕😋 Though I do have to admit, I add way more toppings than this, but instead I decided to keep it simple. 😉
When I was a kid, pepperoni pizza was my fave! 😍 Just plain cheese was good too, but pepperoni was always my pick. It wasn’t until I got a bit older that I started experimenting with other toppings. Why is it that kids like everything plain? We’re so picky. 😂 Our poor parents.
That being said, this Gluten Free Classic Pepperoni Pizza is for all the parents who have picky kids! They’ll totally love this guilt-free and healthy pizza. 🤤 You really cannot tell it’s gluten-free at all. It’s not just for picky kids though. It’s fitting for anyone! Yes, you can finally have your adult friends over for a sophisticated pizza party!
Adult pizza party? 😱 That’s pretty much what dreams are made of. 😍
Can you imagine how impressed your friends/family will be after taking a bite out of this cheesy thin crust Gluten-Free Classic Pepperoni Pizza? 😏
They’ll be totally dazzled, astonished, amazed, bewildered, aghast, thunderstruck (Ooh, I like this one 😆), whatever you want to call it! They will form a new appreciation for you because, guess what, you made, pretty much, The Best Gluten Free Classic Pepperoni Pizza and they’ll forever be awe-inspired by you. 🙌
This Thin and Crispy Paleo and Vegan Pizza Crust is probably the most curucial part of this recipe because it has a faultless (secretly gluten-free 🤫) texture that stands up to a hefty amount of toppings without flopping over. 🤩 It’s seasoned with Italian herbs and spices to give the pizza an extra kick and complement the pizza sauce. 😏
Thereafter, the Paleo and Vegan Easy Pizza Sauce is the second most important component because it’s the tomatoey spread that’s sandwiched between the crust and the cheese. 😋 The pizza sauce can either make or break a pizza recipe and I feel like this pizza sauce is the perfect match for any pizza! 👌 It’s probably the most delicious pizza sauce I’ve had—it balances out the right amount of flavor, while having a thick and creamy consistency.
Furthermore, you can’t have a Gluten-Free Classic Pepperoni Pizza without cheese and pepperoni, right?Well, for pizza night I always use fresh mozzarella cheese (only the best 😉) and I commonly top it off with turkey pepperoni slices.
It’s so simple, yet so incredibly rewarding! 😊
Doing all these pizza-related posts has really got me in a pizza mood, so I think I will be making this recipe stat! 💃🏻
Before I go, I do have to warn you … as soon as you try this recipe, you will forever crave it as well as those who taste all it’s glory. It’s one of those magically sinless recipes that cast a food spell on its

- After you make the crust and it has baked for 12-15 minutes, take several tablespoons of pizza sauce and smooth it over the base of the crust.
- Thereafter, top it off with Mozzarella and pepperoni slices.
- Next, return it to the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has become melty and the pepperoni is cooked to your liking.
- If using fresh mozzarella, you may need to blot away the access moisture from the cheese during baking, as mozzarella is naturally a wetter cheese.
- Let the pizza sit for a few minutes before slicing—it will be hot! Enjoy! 🙂
